Montage Hotels & Resorts is empowering young humanitarians with scholarships to fulfill their higher-education goals with the third-annual Montage Memory Makers contest. The luxury hotel company is in search of community leaders between the ages of 13 and 17 years old who are making the world a better place.
Winning entries will be based on the following: 1) ongoing community service or volunteering efforts, 2) achievements that have made a meaningful impact in their community or beyond, and 3) how their community service inspires others.
Individuals who meet the contest requirements are encouraged to enter the contest by visiting https://www.montagehotels.com/montage-memory-makers-scholarship to upload a 300-word essay (mandatory) and additional materials detailing how they inspire and provide service to their communities. Entries will be accepted from now through Nov. 9, 2015. Winners will be formally announced on Jan. 4, 2016.
“Our company is committed to inspiring younger generations to nurture creativity, promote generosity and encourage community service,” said Montage Hotels & Resorts founder and CEO Alan J. Fuerstman. “The Montage Memory Makers contest was developed to recognize exceptional young humanitarians who make giving back a part of their everyday lives.”
