CAFÉ’s mission of linking foodservice educators with the foodservice industry has not been deterred by COVID-19. These one-day, regional workshops will be held in culinary labs around the nation. The limited number of registrants will allow for ample networking and learning, according to Mary Petersen, CAFÉ president. The events are $99 and open to all levels of foodservice educators.

Taste of CAFÉ workshops will provide continuing education hours and topics and dates include:
Please note, the October 8th Umami workshop event in Charleston, SC is now rescheduled for December 3rd.
