Chicago 1 smallCAFÉ is proud to announce that the 2026 Deans and Director’s Retreat and Leadership Conference will be held June 22-25, 2026, at Kendall College National Louis University’s Chicago campus.

Technology seems to be on everyone’s mind - kitchen technology AND classroom technology. The conference will focus on how to plan for and execute these automations and computerizations. The conference program will include speakers from both industry and education who have experience utilizing the latest culinary technologies. Other topics may be a focus on "What's New and What's Next" in culinary classrooms.

CAFÉ devotes one day during the Leadership Conference to highlight Educational Best Practices. These one-hour peer presentations are a conference highlight for attendees. CAFÉ is accepting submissions for Best Practices from educators willing to share their experiences and lead a workshop.
