CAFÉ Update June 7, 2021
07 June 2021Call for Papers for the “Journal of Culinary Education Best Practices”
It’s hard to believe that last year at this time, we were reviewing the first papers showing how quickly educators adapted their classes due to Covid-19. Now it’s time to share what your best practices were, how did you evaluate them, what will go back to previous ways, what changes are now essential parts of your program. In addition, are you and how should culinary programs incorporate the important issues of our times such as sustainable agriculture, reducing food waste, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and technology into your curriculum?
The “Journal” is accepting submissions for peer-reviewed regular research-based articles (2,500 – 3,500 words) and shorter 1,000 word research briefs or opinion pieces. To review the submission requirements, click here. Articles submitted to the editor, Dr. Jean Hertzman, This email address is being protected from spambots.
