14 June 2021
CAFÉ TALKS PODCASTS CELEBRATES ITS YEAR ANNIVERSARY!
What an amazing year of bi-weekly podcasts brought to you by our Title Sponsor, ATP Learning and our Gold Sponsors Mercer Culinary and RATIONAL.

The interviews by Paul Sorgule, CAFÉ’s Champion of the Year, are insightful and particularly valuable to educators, students, and industry.

The topics range and cover all angles of our changing industry which has gone through a particularly challenging year.

FOR EXAMPLE:
  • What does a Flavorist do?
  • What was the legacy of Chef Escoffier?
  • What lessons can the foremost Cajun Chef share with the listener?
  • How about the Futurist…his methods are fascinating and his conclusions worth thinking about.
  • How do products get developed?
  • You’ll hear from chef educators who are dedicated to mentoring, to waste reduction, to pushing their students and faculty from good to great!
  • You’ll hear from chefs who after years in industry are even more challenged and excited about culinary education.
  • What are restaurateurs dealing with?
  • See our three seasons below and let us know what you think!
