Chef Mudd has over 30 years of foodservice experience as chef, manager and teacher Certified Executive Chef by the American Culinary Federation. He has worked in in Louisville, KY at the Executive West Hotel, Galt House Flagship Restaurant, and Hunting Creek Country Club. He has also taught at the Northwood Institute and Jefferson Community College. He currently teaches at Sullivan University’s Culinary Arts program (http://www.sullivan.edu/nchs-culinaryarts.asp) where his culinary specialties include rich stocks, soups & sauces, roasts and fine tuned vegetables
