20 July 2021Taste of CAFÉ Workshops – Coming Fall 2021 to a school near you!
Taste of CAFÉ is the newest offering in a stellar line up from national culinary education partner, CAFÉ. These one-day events, hosted at ambassador sites around the country, are open to foodservice educators of all levels. At just $99, these workshops will provide continuing education hours on a variety of topics.
Upcoming workshop topics include:

- High Altitude Baking
- Knife Skills and Carving
- Preparing for and Winning Culinary Competitions
- Farm to Table / Whole Animal Fabrication
- Sustainable Seafood
- Chocolate
- Food Recovery

At the end of July we will have finished with our third season of CAFÉ Talks Podcast and starting our fourth season in August.
The interviews by Paul Sorgule, CAFÉ’s Champion of the Year, are insightful and particularly valuable to educators, students, and industry.
The topics range and cover all angles of our changing industry which has gone through a particularly challenging year.
