Resources for Your Classrooms

The American Egg Board has put together an incredible website FULL of resources, recipes, and videos that can be used in a variety of culinary/baking/pastry classes.

I urge you to go to https://www.aeb.org/eggs-in-schools/classroom/videos/cook-learn-videos

The site holds a lot of helpful cooking videos that may serve culinary educators teaching egg literacy.
