AMERICAN LAMB BOARD FROM THE GROUND UP RECIPE CONTEST

PARTICIPATION

The American Lamb FROM THE GROUND Up Recipe Contest is open to culinary school instructors in the 50 United States.

HOW TO ENTER

A complete entry will include:

  • High resolution digital photograph and
  • Recipe name and complete recipe for utilizing ground American Lamb, including:
    • Name and Title
    • School you are affiliated with
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    • Mailing address

Entries must be the original work of the entrant, may not have won previous awards, may not have been published previously and must not infringe on third-party intellectual property or other rights.

Entries must be emailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with American Lamb Recipe Contest in subject line. Multiple entries may be submitted. Incomplete entries will not be accepted.

ENTRY DEADLINE AND JUDGING

Deadline for entry is May 1, 2023 at 11:59 pm Pacific Time. Winners will be notified no later than May 15 by email. All eligible entries will be judged on creativity and flavor by the American Lamb Board. All decisions are final, binding and non-disputable.

PRIZE

Winner will receive registration to CAFÉ Leadership Conference in Charleston, June 21-23, 2023 and will be reimbursed for travel expenses to conference, including airfare and hotel, up to $1000.

Culinary Instructor agrees to help prepare and serve winning recipe at opening reception of CAFÉ Leadership Conference. Ingredients to be provided.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

By submitting an entry, each entrant grants the American Lamb Board nonexclusive rights to use the recipe and photograph along with entrant’s name and title for advertising and promotional purposes.
