Chef Katrina Warner is coordinator and instructor of culinary arts at Tarrant County College in Arlington, Texas. In her 16 years with the college, the program has expanded both in content and students, in large part due to Chef Warner’s guidance and efforts. She has received numerous awards both for the culinary programs and herself during her tenure. She uses an extensive variety of methodologies in her classes and also provides students with a wide range of opportunities for practical training, competition, and real-world experiences.
