Chef Maybell Galusha is currently Culinary Pathway Instructor at the Southeast Community College in Lincoln, Nebraska, which is also connected to the Lincoln Public Schools and is highly certified in the culinary field. She is very respected by her students and other staff and employs competition, technology, motivation, and both team and individual methodologies in her classes. Her competition teams are highly successful, earning awards at nearly every competition entered. This includes ProStart teams that have won state titles as well as doing exceptionally well at the national competition. Additionally, she is the prime sponsor of the Skills USA chapter which has finished 10th and 6th in the national competition in the last two years.
