CAFÉ Update February 24, 2025
25 February 2025We are happy to announce that CAFÉ has partnered again with Real California Milk to offer a Pizza Master Class on Tuesday, June 24th as part of the 2025 CAFÉ Leadership Conference in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.
We are excited to have Edward Stalewski, Pizzaiolo, Mercurio’s Pittsburgh, a Pittsburgh local to teach this master class for us this year.
Pizzaiolo Edward Stalewski will take participants through the fundamentals of building award-winning pizzas from dough basics to toppings, with a special emphasis on cheese selection, as well as pizza styles from Sicilian to Detroit, perfecting presentation and more. Hands-on pizza exercise and cheese sampling.
All Master Classes have a separate fee and has limited seating. We are finalizing the details so keep an eye out on our registration page for more information and registration coming soon!
