St. Philip’s College, our 2024 host for the CAFÉ conferences, has had a long and fruitful relationship with the hospitality community of San Antonio.
Chef Frank Salinas has organized a panel discussion on the Industry Outreach Day (June 20) to highlight three of these engaged chefs and we will hear about their specialties as well as have a taste of the City!!

As part of the Leadership Conference we are offering two master classes on June 19, 2024 from 1:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m. Fee is $25 per class.

A new hands-on Pizza Making master class is being offered by Real California Milk and Chef Spencer Glenn, Executive Chef, Pizza My Heart, to our 2024 line-up.
