We just returned from an annual meeting where food editors and commodity boards/agencies spent time figuring out how to best “educate” the industry on what’s happening and what the future holds.

What was so impressive and important to me was the fact that those of you in the foodservice educational field are recognized as important links to the next generation of hospitality employers and employees.
