We are looking for some folks who have known CAFÉ for a time and understand our mission.

These Ambassadors would reach out to instructors they know either locally or nationally. They could send out an email describing some of the features that CAFÉ offers:

• Events for instructors as well as program directors June 21-23, 2023

• Podcasts which have enjoyed over 12,000 downloads to date CAFETalks Podcasts

Chocolate Master Class

Join Guittard Chef Josh Johnson on June 21, 2023 for a hands-on master class as he teaches techniques for creating elevated chocolate tea sized pastries such as eclairs, chocolate financier, mendiants among other delicious items.

Class size is limited to 20.
