Culinary School Instructors are Invited to Enter the American Lamb from the Ground Up Recipe Contest 

Ground lamb adds an upscale feel to dishes and can be used in place of other ground meats in most recipes. The American Lamb Board invites you to get creative and feed your adventurous side. Share your favorite ground American Lamb recipe for a chance to win travel (value up to $1000) and registration for the CAFÉ Leadership Conference (value of $399) in Charleston, June 21 – 23, 2023. 

Recipes will be evaluated based on creativity and flavor quality. Go to www.cafemeetingplace.com/resource-center/contests for full recipe guidelines and submission instructions. 

2.  SIGN UP for the CAFÉ Leadership Conference and be entered into a drawing for five lucky winners to WIN a FREE hands on master class on June 21, 2023. Choose one of three master classes that will be offered: Southern Foodways, Carving Techniques, and some mysteries of chocolate.
