The CAFÉ Leadership Conference Keynote speaker on its Industry Outreach Day will be Joe Guszkowski on the topic of “What’s Next in Restaurant Technology?”

 

Joe Guszkowski is a senior editor at Restaurant Business covering technology and casual dining. In 2020, he led RB’s award-winning coverage of the impact of COVID-19 on restaurant technology, and his reporting is consistently at the forefront of the food-tech world. When he’s not working, he can probably be found reading, watching basketball or hanging out with his cat. He lives in Chicago.

Klarissa Karas from the Los Angeles Hospitality Education Center is reaching out to understand if there is any feedback on student impact within the CAFÉ community when a student tests positive for COVID-19.

 

As her team is diligently working on opening the doors of LAHEC, they are seeking information on how student impact is managed when there are positive cases.
