14th Annual CAFE Leadership Conference—what makes it DIFFERENT from other events?

The hands-on master classes are FIRST RATE! Thursday afternoon you have a choice of Chocolate, Butchering, and practicing a class in Reducing Waste in a Kitchen.

You’ll hear from experts at the Industry Outreach Day who are there to give you tools and information for your classes.

You’ll get to be the first to hear about the new curriculum developed by the James Beard Foundation for classrooms.

Following a full-day of trends, you’ll enjoy a happy hour watching the movie “Wasted” narrated by Anthony Bourdain.

You will have choices as to what your peers are sharing during the Educational Best Practices breakout sessions. All the sessions are relevant and have been vetted to make sure that they are cutting edge and important for you to consider.

AND FOR FUN? A great opening night reception where you are welcome to bring a guest (no extra cost); lunches featuring local cuisines; networking with foodservice educators from around the country; participating in a great Silent Auction; and exploring the beautiful mid-west city of Milwaukee!
