CAFÉ Update April 21, 2025

21 April 2025
Testimonials

From Chef Paul Mendoza:
I will certainly encourage my replacement to continue the great relationship with CAFÉ. In addition to enjoying the company of CAFÉ staff, members and presenters, my program has benefitted from wonderful resources gleaned at conferences over the years. Continued success!!

From Chef Paul Sorgule:
CAFÉ exists to provide the forums that will allow educators and administrators to engage in the choices before them, to unite in an effort to learn and grow, and to work collectively to continue providing the very best educational environment and content in a changing world. This is one of those times, maybe the most important time for those in the educational community to come together and face the challenges head on with a willingness and the ability to change as is needed. This is the time to look at those challenges as opportunities.

Here are a few more anonymous testimonials from previous conference evaluations:

  • Loved the combined event this year! I got a lot of great contacts and learned so much that I can bring back to my classroom. Thank you for creating this amazing opportunity!
  • This conference is very interesting and directly applicable to teachers and being a chef. Everyone is open to networking and all presenters are excellent and informative.
  • As a first timer, this has been such a welcoming experience.
  • First time here, and I really enjoy the conference so far. I will definitely be back in the future!

The Dean’s and Director’s Retreat and Leadership Conference are perfect forums for this type of interaction and mutual learning and this year’s topic of CHANGE is certainly appropriate in 2025. Funds are always in short supply but attendance at this year’s conferences (our feedback over the years proves this out), are an investment in your future and that of your institution.

Thank you for your ongoing support!
