The elegant dinner will begin with an assortment of hors d’oeuvres followed by three courses. The meal will be accompanied by select California wines from Santa Barbara County. In addition to a live auction to raise needed funds, other activities of the evening will include C-CAP students sharing their remarkable stories and aspirations with dinner guests.

C-CAP is a national nonprofit that prepares at-risk high-school students for college and careers in the restaurant and hospitality industry. For the past 25 years, C-CAP has provided job training and internships, scholarships, teacher training, cooking competitions, college and career advising and product and equipment donations. In the 2013-14 academic year it served more than 16,000 students in 157 high schools and awarded almost 200 scholarships totaling more than $3 million.
